Yosuke Hoshino

Yosuke Hoshino joined ICMM in February 2022 to support work on circular economy, tailings and climate change.

Yosuke is on secondment from the head office of ICMM’s company member Sumitomo Metal Mining, where he was Manager in the Non-Ferrous Metals Division.

With more than 10 years’ experience, his focus at Sumitomo Metal Mining was on Smelting and Refining operation of various metals, especially Copper.

Yosuke holds a Master of Engineering degree in Metallurgy from the Tohoku University of Japan.
