Lawrenda Adzomani

Lawrenda Enam Adzomani joined ICMM in June 2022 as a programme officer. She works as part of the Social Performance team, focussing on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and contributing to work in Human Rights, Indigenous people, and Mining Resource Governance.

Prior to ICMM, Lawrenda worked in a multinational audit firm, spearheading the implementation of the firm’s multifaceted I&D strategy across 16 African countries, and curating corporate responsibility programming for West Africa. Lawrenda has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the Glasgow Caledonian University / African Leadership College and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM-UK).

Outside of work, Lawrenda is a member of the US State Department Alumni Association where she volunteers for projects focused on STEM literacy, disability support and other interventions for disadvantaged communities.
