Assurance procedure now available in multiple languages
ICMM is pleased to announce the release of its Assurance Procedure in French, Portuguese and Spanish.
The Assurance Procedure was originally published in 2008 in English and Japanese and guides members through the process of obtaining third-party assurance against their reporting commitments.
ICMM members are required to report on their implementation of the 10 principles and their performance in line with the standards developed by the Global Reporting Initiative – as well as independently assure those reports.
In January this year, ICMM also published an interpretive guide to help member companies apply the Assurance Procedure when developing their sustainability reports.
