The purpose of this guidance is to help companies both design complaints procedures or mechanisms and/or enhance existing procedures as needed. It has been developed based on a review of external literature, discussions with and guidance from ICMM members and interviews with some external stakeholders. A short core text is supplemented with a handful of relevant case studies, both from ICMM's membership and beyond.
